Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy fulfills all of your medication administration needs.  We offer a variety of Medication Administration Records (MARs) so that you can choose the one that will allow your staff to completely and accurately document medication administration.  We provide printed side effect information, annual on-site inspections, and psychotropic medication reviews so that you stay in compliance.

Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy provides five different types of packaging for safe and accurate medication administration.  We offer single unit dosing or multi-dose packaging tailored to fit your needs.  We also provide insulin in pre-drawn syringes.

Mallatt Homecare Pharmacy is a complete source for all your disposable and durable supply needs as well.  We utilize hundreds of suppliers and can handle everything from gloves and incontinence products to the obscure.

Blister Packs

Blister packs offer a full month's worth of medication in a simple to use and store package.  They also allow for easy and accurate accountability. 

Multidose/Unit/time

All of the medications for a given time in a simple easy to carry package. Ideal for patients on the move.

OPUS®

OPUS® is a color coded medication administration system that allows for ease of use as well as increased security.  We offer OPUS® as a bi-weekly system.

 

Medication Boxes

We offer several different choices of med boxes.  We have everything from the standard four or two times daily re-usable boxes to our disposable MTS® boxes.  They offer ease of use in a familiar and portable package.
